1. The agreement
GG Cabinet Tools ("we", "us") operates the SketchUp extension of the same name, the website at cnctool.org, and the API the extension talks to. Together these are the "Service".
By creating an account, installing the extension, or using the Service in any other way, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You need an account to sign in from the extension. Give a valid email address and confirm it — an unconfirmed account cannot sign in.
You are responsible for your password, for the sessions opened under your account, and for everything done through it. An account belongs to one person and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. Contact us immediately if you believe someone else is using your account.
3. Licence to use the extension
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the extension on machines you control, for as long as your account is active and in good standing.
The extension, the website, and their content remain our property. This licence covers use of the software only; nothing in it transfers ownership or intellectual property to you.
4. Free and Pro
The Service has a Free tier and a Pro tier. Pro is unlocked while your account holds an active redemption code — bought directly, issued by an authorised vendor, or granted by us as a trial.
When a code expires, Pro features stop but your account, presets, and settings stay. A code is issued to one account, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed twice.
5. Payments
Pro upgrades are handled by third-party payment providers: Stripe for cards, SePay for Vietnamese bank transfers, and Gumroad for marketplace purchases. Access is granted once the provider confirms payment; a bank transfer may take time to clear.
Prices are shown before you pay and may include tax depending on your country. Your full card or banking credentials never reach our servers.
6. Refunds
Pro licences are delivered immediately, so a purchase is final once the code is redeemed.
If you were charged in error, if the Service could not be used, or if consumer law in your country gives you a right of withdrawal, write to support within 14 days of payment and we will review the request.
7. What you may not do
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source from the extension, except where law expressly allows it;
- redistribute, resell, publish, or bundle the installer or extension files;
- share account credentials, redemption codes, or Pro access with anyone else;
- call the API outside the extension, automate it at a volume that degrades the Service, or work around usage limits and entitlement checks;
- upload content you have no right to, or use the Service to break the law.
8. Your models and files
The files you sync to the Warehouse, your presets, and your settings stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, transmit, and show them back to you so the Service can work.
We do not use your files to train anything, and we do not share them beyond the infrastructure providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Availability and updates
The extension checks for a newer build when SketchUp starts and can install it. We may add, change, or remove features, and take the Service down for maintenance or security work.
We aim to keep interruptions short, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. Suspension and termination
We may deactivate or delete an account that breaks these terms, abuses the Service, or is used fraudulently.
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account; the Privacy Policy explains what is removed and what we must keep. Unused Pro time is not refunded when an account is closed for a breach.
11. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
Cabinet, nesting, and G-code output depends on your model, your machine, and your settings. Always verify toolpaths and dimensions before cutting. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the Service is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost production time, or damage to material, workpieces, or machinery.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
We will announce material changes by email or in the extension before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes are heard by the competent courts of Vietnam — unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
